**Boston Auto Works Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to Boston Auto Works. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**1. General Terms**
- By engaging Boston Auto Works for auto repair and maintenance services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in our shop.
**2. Service Estimates and Approvals**
- All service estimates are based on the initial inspection. Additional issues discovered during the repair process may affect the final cost.
- No additional work will be performed without customer approval. Customers will be notified of any changes to the estimate before work continues.
**3. Customer-Supplied Parts**
- If you choose to provide your own parts, Boston Auto Works is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, or warranty of those parts.
- No warranties or guarantees are provided for labor involving customer-supplied parts.
- If a customer-supplied part fails, the customer will be responsible for any additional labor and parts required to replace it.
**4. Warranties and Guarantees**
- Boston Auto Works provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for services where parts are supplied by us. Details of the warranty will be provided at the time of service.
- No warranties are provided on customer-supplied parts or related labor.
**5. Payment Terms**
- A 50% deposit is required for all services at the time of scheduling.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as agreed upon.
**6. Storage Fees**
- Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of job completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
- A storage fee of $145 per day will be applied for vehicles left on our premises beyond 48 hours.
**7. Unclaimed Vehicles**
- Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be subject to sale or disposal in accordance with state law.
- Efforts will be made to contact the vehicle owner before any action is taken.
**8. Liability**
- Boston Auto Works is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in vehicles beyond what is covered by our insurance policy.
- Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before service.
**9. Dispute Resolution**
- Any disputes arising from services provided by Boston Auto Works will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with state laws.
- Customers agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
**10. Governing Law**
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Boston Auto Works operates.

**Refund Process**

- **Service Re-Performance**: We may offer to redo the service at no additional cost.
- **Refund**: If re-performance is not feasible, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
**Exceptions**

- Custom orders or special-order parts.
- Services or parts for which a refund request is made after 30 days from the service date.
